2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or contracting Buraq CFD Consulting for any service, you confirm that:

3. Services Provided

Buraq CFD Consulting provides professional engineering consulting services including, but not limited to:

All services are delivered based on the project scope, timeline, and deliverables agreed upon in a written project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) between Buraq CFD Consulting and the client.

4. Project Agreements and Scope of Work

4.1 Project Initiation

All consulting engagements begin with a formal project scoping discussion. No work commences until both parties agree in writing on the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

4.2 Scope Changes

Any changes to an agreed project scope must be submitted in writing. Additional scope may result in revised timelines and additional fees. Buraq CFD Consulting will communicate any impact on cost or schedule before proceeding with changes.

4.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, data, and specifications required for the simulation work. Buraq CFD Consulting is not liable for results that are inaccurate due to incomplete or incorrect client-supplied data.

5. Fees, Payment, and Invoicing

5.1 Fees

Project fees are agreed upon in writing before work commences. Fees reflect the complexity, scope, and estimated hours of the engineering simulation work required.

5.2 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit may be required before project initiation
  • Final payment is due upon delivery of agreed project deliverables
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue

5.3 Late Payment

Buraq CFD Consulting reserves the right to suspend project work on accounts with outstanding overdue invoices. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

5.4 Refunds

Due to the custom and technical nature of CFD consulting work, fees paid for completed simulation work are non-refundable. Disputes regarding deliverable quality must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a license to use all project deliverables — including simulation reports, visualizations, and data — for the purposes agreed in the project scope. Buraq CFD Consulting retains the right to use anonymized project data and methodologies for internal research, training, and portfolio demonstration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 Buraq CFD Consulting’s Intellectual Property

All methodologies, workflows, simulation templates, proprietary processes, and software configurations developed by Buraq CFD Consulting remain the exclusive intellectual property of Buraq CFD Consulting. Clients may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or distribute these without explicit written permission.

6.3 Website Content

All content on buraqconsult.com — including text, images, technical descriptions, case studies, and graphics — is the property of Buraq CFD Consulting and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Both Buraq CFD Consulting and its clients agree to treat all project-related information shared during an engagement as confidential. Buraq CFD Consulting will not disclose client data, project details, or proprietary design information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

Clients are similarly requested to treat any proprietary methodologies, workflows, or technical approaches shared by Buraq CFD Consulting as confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Engineering Advisory Nature

CFD simulations are powerful engineering tools, but they are numerical approximations of physical phenomena. Results are dependent on the accuracy of input data, boundary conditions, and modeling assumptions. Buraq CFD Consulting provides simulation results and engineering recommendations in good faith and based on professional judgment.

8.2 No Guarantee of Physical Outcomes

Buraq CFD Consulting does not guarantee that simulation results will exactly replicate physical test outcomes. Clients are responsible for validating simulation findings through appropriate physical testing and professional engineering review before implementation in any safety-critical application.

8.3 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buraq CFD Consulting’s total liability for any claim arising from a consulting engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Buraq CFD Consulting is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Accuracy of Website Information

The information published on buraqconsult.com is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep content accurate and current, we make no warranties — expressed or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any information on the website.
